No third-party rentals, the person booking must be a staying guest. The reservation will be canceled.
No smoking/vaping (except on the balcony with door closed)
No parties, gatherings, pets
Capacity limit of 4 guests (will consider 5 with prior approval)
VIOLATORS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.
