Clean room, we went with a group and it fit all of us comfortably. Walking distance away from bourbon street and the French quarter. The front desk attendant, Elizabeth, was very considerate and nice.

The rooms are large very clean, comfortable beds . Everything you need if you want to cook . Great location close and easy to get around. Our host Andrea was very attentive and helpful. We will definitely stay at the Mayfair again.

I can’t say enough about the Mayfair! It is truly such a gem! Our apartment was gorgeous! So clean, modern and spacious and in a great location! Jeannine at the front desk was incredible - so kind, helpful and very responsive! My family of four had an incredible stay!

This is a great place. It has high ceilings, nice furniture and the perfect space. It’s easy to come and go and it’s close to so many things. Very clean and makes you feel like you have a loft in the city.

This is a home away from home. The apartments are beautifully decorated and the location was prime and within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping and Bourbon Street. The apartments are beautifully decorated, well furnished, very clean and include ALL of the amentities of home. Daily, we enjoyed the private patio which was also nicely furnished. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. We also used the laundry facilities which was very nice. FYI, laundry detergent and fabric softner are also provided. The Mayfair was a beautiful property, and very clean and spacious. The staff was excellent, particularly Jeanine, who was very helpful and communicative . The location is convenient. Brunch at The Ruby Slipper, in the same building is great!

The property was conveniently located on the edge of the French Quarter on Canal St. Walking to nearby places or taking public transit was a breeze. We appreciated being able to use codes to enter the main entrance and our suite without having to keep up with keys. The suite was immaculate and stocked with just about everything you may need for an extended stay or for those who prefer a full kitchen to prepare their own meals on occasion. Having complimentary access to multiple sets of washers and dryers was a pleasant bonus! If I had an issue it would be that were no USB or c ports anywhere in the suite. We brought our connectors and converters so we were good. And, the walls are a bit thin. Other than that, this place was wonderful, communication throughout our stay was great, and the staff were super nice helpful.

The Mayfair was perfect for what we wanted. It is basically a very nice apartment set up. No extra frills like a bar, conceirge, etc. We didn't need or want it, but the amount of space vs a hotel room was what we wanted and appreciated. Location was great too. Close to the French quarter, but not in it. Right on canal and all the trolleys.

Room exceeded expectations. Photographs don’t show the expansive size of all the rooms. Location was quiet but very close to Royal a Bourbon streets. Staff was excellent.

What a wonderful surprise when we arrived at the hotel. It was unimpressive on the outside but beautifully renovated on the inside. Our suite was fabulous, nicely decorated and offered everything we could have wanted. Having a full kitchen was such a great feature and made our early morning coffee and lattes easy to prepare. Andrea was so helpful storing our luggage until check-in and then texting me when the suite became available early. We loved that the entrance was secured by a code and we didn't have to worry about cards/keys for entry to the hotel or suite. We all had such a comfortable stay that we vowed to return to the Mayfair on our next trip.

The Mayfair is always amazing! This is my fourth time staying and I will be back very soon! I think it’s time I book the Penthouse for the ultimate experience! Perfect location to French Quarter, food, and activities. It’s quiet, clean, comfortable, and simply just perfect!

Everything was great, we loved our stay. Only consideration to share is that the beds are not very comfortable. So, if you have anyone with mobility issues or is very sensitive to super firm mattresses in your party, you may want to look elsewhere. Overall experience was very good though.
