Great space. Was in town for my brother's bachelor party. Plenty of space for all of us. Beautiful house and close to everything. We only took one cab the whole weekend, to play golf. Would recommend this house to any group visiting New Orleans.
We were in NOLA for a bachelor party and this property was perfect for our group. Plenty of beds, a nice outdoor space, and everything we needed. The pictures do not do it justice and the beds were extremely comfortable. Only a 10 minute Uber to bourbon street. Loved it.
The house is beautiful, it’s nice and spacious with high ceilings and the beds were so comfy. We really enjoyed having the back porch to chill out on and the pool that had the perfect temperature.I wouldn’t consider the French quarter and bourbon street to be within walking distance but it’s a short cab ride away. I would stay there again. Make sure you check out Dizzy’s cafe and Lost Coyote for the all day pool in the area.
The property was very beautiful, check in was easy, very clean and spacious, loved the master bathroom, the beds was super comfortable, amenities was definitely on point, I would definitely recommend this property for a girls trip or family getaway!!!!
The house is beautiful! We loved the kitchen, living room, master room and the patio! The property manager was on top!! Overall, we had an amazing experience!
Thank you!!
Large, nicely remodeled house. Walking distance to bourbon st.
Great house, easy check-in and check-out process. Walking distance or short ride from Bourbon St, French Market, Harrah’s, and more. I would rent this property again, very fair price for the house.
We rented this house for a bachelorette party trip. We fit 9 girls in the home comfortably. A little maneuvering was needed since there are only 2 bathrooms but we made it work. The home may be a short distance to the French quarter but I would NEVER walk there. The neighborhood is rough..we did not feel comfortable with walking. Ubers are really close by all the time, so no big deal. Tons of beds, huge kitchen..this is a great place for people looking to spread out and not be on top of each other. Overall we had a great time
A group of friends stayed here in June for a bachelorette party! The location was good and we were able to walk (when we were ambitious) otherwise it is a quick Uber to all the bars and nightlife of the French Quarter.
The common area - living room/kitchen are PERFECT! We had so much fun hanging out there. The rooms with the bunk beds are very tiny though so tough when squeezing in 4 per room. The couches were not as pictured in the ad so this should probably be updated!

Perfect Jazzfest Getaway
This was my 10th trip to New Orleans but we had a few 1st timers and I can honestly say that everyone really enjoyed themselves and our stay at the Esplanade Ridge Gem was a big reason why. I think some of the 1st timers were wondering about the location but it is literally steps away from the French Quarter. Bourbon St or Frenchmen St were both just a short walk away or a very inexpensive Uber ride if it was late and we weren't in the best of walking shape :) The walk to Jazzfest was perfect as well - just a leisurely walk straight down Esplanade. We had some weather this trip but the house was perfect for that as well - large enough that we were very comfortable sitting around waiting out the rain. On the mornings we didn't have any rain the back area was great to sit an eat the breakfast we picked up from Lil Dizzy's which was great and only a 2 block walk. Along with the great location and comfortable home atmosphere - Nichole and McKenna were fantastic to deal with. They both were welcoming, friendly and very responsive to any questions we might've had. As the trip organizer paranoid that I found somewhere all 8 people would be happy with - I can honestly say that if anyone had any complaints they kept them to themselves and all anyone gave was positive happy feedback. We all are hoping to stay at the Esplanade Ridge Gem again in the near future. Thank you Nichole, McKenna and Will for a GREAT time!

Amazing house!
My friends and I are still thinking about our weekend in New Orleans! The house was perfect for our group. There are two rooms with 4 bunk beds in each and a connecting bathroom and it was perfect for the group, along with the master bedroom. The backyard area was also perfect! Nichole and Will were so helpful and so accommodating throughout our stay! We felt very safe and were able to park our rental car right outside of the house. Thank you again for everything!!

Perfect House For Sister's Bachelorette
Nichole and Will's place was spacious and perfectly located for a ladies' weekend. The central kitchen and living room made for a great place to socialize and the house had more than enough space to fit 10+ people.
Nichole was incredibly kind and met me personally at check in. She was also quick to respond via text if we needed anything.
My only regret is that we didn't get to enjoy the backyard - it's a beautiful space, but the weather was too cold. I guess we'll just have to come back! ;)

Beautiful home for a first time New Orleans Trip
First time in New Orleans for my birthday with a group of friends. The place was absolutely amazing. Everything we needed was there and provided. We did not have any issues at all. I couldn’t have asked for a better time and thank you to Will and Nichole for the hospitality! I would definitely stay there again!

Had a Great Time - Would Stay Again
Hosts gave us great recommendations for Music and Food. House is a close walk to all the attractions. a few blocks from the rampart streetcar. We all really liked the open floor plan in the front of the house - The kitchen, living room and dining room are all open to each other. Highly recommend.

Awesome Place!
This was a perfect house for our group! The open concept kitchen/living room was great for gatherings and it was also nice to hang outside in the back yard on the porch or picnic tables. All the areas were clean and neatly organized. Will was a very friendly host and responsive to any questions!

The space and location was perfect for our guys trip
We really enjoyed this stay. The owners were hospitable and flexible. The Home seemed recently renovated and the bunk bed set up and 2.5 baths were great for the 8 of us staying. Just a quick $7-10 ride from the French quarter so very convenient for the price. It’s in an area undergoing revitalization, but we felt safe the whole time.

Great house!
This is a gorgeous home with a lot of space for bigger parties. The kitchen and family room was a great hang out area and we had plenty of beds to spare with our group of 6. The alarm system in the home made you feel safe if you don’t know the area well, and it was a quick uber to most tourist spots. Would highly recommend this place!

Lots of room for our group of 10.
Great property for our group of 10 in town for my sisters bachelorette party. Large living space and kitchen and lots of beds. We had one small technological difficulty with the air one day turning off while we left for the day but the property managers were quick to respond and very accomodating our entire stay. Plenty of coffee cups for all of us and the house felt bigger than we thought it would be. Very well done with the remodel! It really is pretty! We tried walking to the Frech quarters but ended up urbering most the trip which was $6-$7 each time. There is a liquor store close by and we felt safe in the neighborhood. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable!

Beautiful!
Our family was very impressed with this house! The place has recently been renovated this summer and there is a kickass backyard with picnic tables and a great covered porch. There is lovely bamboo back there too. We loved the open common spaces - the living, dining and kitchen are all open to each other and makes it a great place to hang out. close walk to frenchmen street where there's tons of live music and not too far from bourbon street either. a block off of esplanade avenue which is very pretty. we really liked nichole and will, our hosts, and think they did a great job!

It does the job of a home, but needs some love!
This house comfortably accommodated our party of 11 people and was conveniently located. I do agree with the previous review that suggests this property needs some work to reach its potential. There were several outlets that did not work, the dishwasher was broken, and basic housekeeping items like trash bags and dish soap were not supplied. Our biggest concern was the mattress situation. Almost all of the bunk beds were legit box springs, not even being dramatic. However, serious THANK YOU to the management team who ordered new mattresses and replaced them on our second day! Overall once they squared away the mattresses, we made do and the house met our needs for the trip! Thank you!

Spacious and great location!
This was a perfect place to accommodate 10 people. Conveniently located to everything and the common area was spacious to allow everyone to hang out in. Nichole and Ben were very responsive to any questions we had. They even warned us about the cold weather NOLA was experiencing before our arrival. Although the boiling water advisory was in effect during our stay, we didn't let it ruin our time there and we had a blast!

House needs work to reach advertised potential.
Pros: spacious home, gorgeous kitchen, and parts of home were decorated nicely.
Cons: upon arrival, we were informed the dishwasher was broken and not installed into the wall. Bath towels were left behind in the dryer from cleaning staff. Also, fridge didn’t dispense water or ice. Cabinets had missing doors and didn’t work properly. The smaller bathroom was difficult to use since the switch to use the shower head was broken but later fixed the same day. The surrounding shower curtain fell to the ground during use. All guests had to use the main master bathroom instead. Some lights were not working, such as the toilet room light in the master was broken. We had to poop in the dark lol. Mattresses on bunk beds were uncomfortable. The springs would jab you in the back which made it difficult to sleep. The bunk beds were crammed into the rooms at the cost of comfort. Neighborhood was sketch but didn’t experience any issues and our cars were just fine. House had a Nest thermostat but didn’t heat the house properly. On a frigid evening, all guests had to huddle in the master bedroom for warmth.
Nicole helped address some of our issues and sent a contractor out the same day to fix the shower head. She was very hospitable and provided valuable suggestions for places to eat. She allowed early luggage drop off when the house was still being cleaned from previous occupants. Overall, this house has a lot of potential if some of the these concerns can be addressed. I wouldn’t return to this rental again in its current state.
