Tv in room wasn’t working. They did send someone right away it was still annoying. Ice machine wasn’t working and no microwave on 7th floor. No ice machine on ground floor either. Crowne Plaza New Orleans French Qtr - Astor by IHG
Not having a microwave in the room was a huge inconvenience to guest. Also, did not offer tea only coffee. I caught a terrible cold from the flight and rain. Had to purchase box of tea at Walgreens and going to the lobby to warm up my cup od tea was exhausting 😩.
