- While the property is well stocked, guests are requested to bring their own hair dryer as one is not supplied
- Extra services available by prior arrangement including noon check-in and noon check-out (subject to availability and $40 fee each)

- The property is strictly for accommodation use only; gatherings and parties are not permitted
- For bookings exceeding 10 days, a mid-term cleaning and linen fee will apply every seven days at guest cost
