It was a very nice experience. I was greeted in the lobby with champagne. The room was spectacular, comfortable, and clean. All the living areas were very nice. The views were extraordinary. Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay
Very friendly staff from front desk to Sam the bartender at the pool. Nice rooms, nice gym. Hotel had a lot going on with people everywhere. The two pools are pretty small for the volume of people. Good location. Close to highway and airport.
