"Location is great. Walking distance to beach and shops and restaurants along Flagler Avenue. Rooms are small and dated. Hotel and pool need some love. AC works well. Nice toiletries in shower. No elevator. Breakfast (included) was good. "

"This cozy little place was absolutely spotless. It’s not fancy, but it has all the necessities and is a very comfortable spot to enjoy some time at the beach. It’s a duplex technically, but very private - we didn’t feel like we were sharing a house. It’s on a very quiet, woodsy street away from the traffic but only a few blocks from the main part of town. The host was very accommodating - we had to bring our dog at the last minute, and he made it painless to change our reservation. The back yard is fenced in and safe for furry vacationers. There is a train nearby but we weren’t bothered by it at all. Overall a wonderful spot and we would definitely stay there again!"

"The home itself met expectations. However, our stay was overshadowed by an issue with the host. On the first morning there, we were accused of having additional guests beyond our booking, which was not accurate. This accusation made the experience stressful and uncomfortable. While enforcing rules is understandable, it’s important to approach concerns with professionalism and verify facts before making claims. Once I pushed back, the host claimed to review the cameras again, and admitted he was wrong. "
