Beautiful Unit and Excellent Location - Directly on the Beach

  • Spectacular 2BR/2BA oceanfront property. Located on the 4th floor and provides breathtaking views of the sunrise. This condo has been completely remodeled with new furniture in every room as well as new appliances. You will find a 55inch TV hanging in the main living room and two mounted 40 inch TV's in both bedrooms. Master bedroom has a comfy king bed, 2 large dressers, nightstands and a chair to sit on if needed. The guest bedroom has two cozy twin beds and a large dresser. Beautifully remodel bathrooms as well as a tub in the master bathroom to bathe your children in if needed. And don’t forget new patio furniture with a pub table and four chairs to enjoy the morning sunrise with your cup of coffee! Ocean Reef Villas is our slice of heaven. You will find yourselves returning year after year due to the pure relaxation of the location, manicured grounds and clean pool. Not to mention the proximity of many restaurants, grocery store, shops, and bars.

Perfect place!

Beautiful condo on the beach

We enjoyed our visit to new Smyrna Beach Florida, and the condo was lovely. We had lots of fun at the pool, and the direct beach access was fantastic. There are many good restaurants close to this location.The host was responsive and very accommodating for our needs

Our family of four enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean with great amenities, and great location. Parking is easy, access to the pool and beach is easy. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely look to book again.

Beautiful New Smyrna Condo

This beautifully renovated beach front condo was a perfect spot for our family. We had several families staying in the area for an holiday vacation and enjoyed the beach access and central location in New Smyrna. All the amenities and more!

Great ocean view

This property was in a great location, very clean and nice condo for our family trip. The balcony view of the ocean and pool was great, especially for our morning coffee, and you can't beat being right on the beach. We didn't hear any noise from the neighbors and overall would recommend this stay to anyone!

Beautiful condo, Gorgeous view!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and beautiful decor. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very clean. Both my husband and I relaxed at the large pool and enjoyed easy beach access several times a day. We would highly recommend.

Great getaway in New Smyrna Beach

Condo is very conveniently located. It only took 15 minutes to walk to Flagler. Great pool. Residents at the complex very friendly. Condo well furnished and very clean. Close to shore fishing.

Perfect getaway

This condo was just as said. It was perfect in every way. Lovely location and right on the beach. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the waves. Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Wonderful Stay

This was our first time at NSB and will not be our last! This unit was clean and beautifully decorated. The close proximity of the grocery store was a plus. Although the weather was cold and kept us from the beach we enjoyed drinking coffee each morning on the balcony and watching the waves! So many fabulous restaurants and shops! A great visit!

Wonderful unit and experience!

We had a fabulous time at this rental. The view was amazing. The suite was well suited to our needs and the owners were very responsive to questions. Lovely beach access and pool area. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone! The only downside was it’s on the 4th floor and the elevators were down.

Awesome Stay & Beds Amazing!!

My daughter and I stayed 5 nights and we loved our beds the view of Ocean and pool was Amazing. The condo had beautiful sofa's nice and firm so were the beds, it was decorated with a touch from a Mermaid I swear! the washer & dryer made if convenient. Next time I visit NSB this is my choice to stay. Linda the manager was very polite the property was very well kept. Thank you!!

What a great vacation!

My family has been vacationing in New Smyrna Beach for 45 years, but this was the first time staying in this unit. We absolutely loved it! It is beautifully furnished and decorated. It was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen and bathroom necessities. Linda in the office was very nice and a small maintenance request was handled very quickly. I would absolutely recommend this place for your next vacation! Thank you, Jennifer and Randy, for sharing your home-away-from home with us! It truly was that and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Best of Both Worlds

Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Pool was refreshing and still a great view of the ocean. Accommodations were very clean and well kept. We chose to stay in what was the most humid week in August so naturally the AC had difficulty in keeping up. Host provided a dehumidifier. Accommodations was well equipped with at least for fans and two ceiling fans. Would definitely recommend.
