Staff was very friendly, especially Wilma when we checked in. Bags were taken up to our room (thankfully, as there was no elevator lol) could grab a coffee downstairs anytime. Felt very safe and secure. Reasonably priced too.

We reserved the family suite for our family and it was just the right size. We needed a place to sleep for one night and this was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised with the 2 full bathrooms. Elaine was super helpful in letting us drop our bags off early and then putting them in our room. The Inn is in a great area in Chelsea.

For the price and location, this place was a wonderful property to stay at. We were fortunate to get a room on the first floor to access to and from the room was super easy and smooth. 10/10 stay!

It was a good place, very clean and well maintained. The self service for all matters was good once set up. The lack of the front desk after work hour and meal service was a bit challenge. Beside that the location and secure services is all worth the prices.

The room was cozy but didn’t make a difference on this girls trip. The location is so great ! The beds and pillows were comfortable, room was clean and room darkening shades were perfect. I’d stay here again for sure !

Chelsea Inn was a great place to stay. Located in a great area not too far from great attractions such as Times Square, Chelsea Market/ the high line, and gramercy theater which I went to for a concert. The neighborhood was calm enough to where I could sleep in the afternoon with no trouble and comfortably go for a walk past dark. The room itself had the necessary essentials for resting and relaxing. Although small it was comfortable as a solo traveler. The only downside was the lack of elevators, as my room was on the fifth floor.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chelsea Inn. The location can't be beat with access to the busses and the subway and plenty of eating and drinking all around. Our a/c was not working on our 4th floor room the first night, but the staff were accommodating and moved us to another room on the 2nd floor. It was smaller, but only 1 flight of stairs to climb. No elevators. The staff were very nice and appreciate all their help day or night. They even watched our bags after checking out. Thanks for making our 1st time in NYC memorable.

The location is great. Close to a subway stop and many restaurants and bars. Very clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room we had was small but layed out great. Small fridge, coffee maker, and shampoo soap in the room. AC was great and had a ceiling fan. Bed was ok size but not very comfortable. That is the only down thing I have to say.

Its a small room with attached private bathroom. Pretty useful and reasonable priced for manhattan. Best for sleeping it off otherwise not much space. But the location is wonderful being so close to union square and other such places.
