The breakfast was awesome - the staff refilled dishes easily - they changed my accomodation with no trouble they allowed me to check in late and they were super helpful polite and friendly scroll no further just stay here 😁

Very convenient for the subway, bars, eateries. The area felt very safe. Destiny, working on reception, was an absolute delight. The property feels a little dated - but it does the job. Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and body lotion in the bathroom. Bed VERY comfy. No water or coffee in the room, but was available from reception. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of cooked food, pastries, cereal, and some fruit. Overall, a good stay.

Easily accessible to the ferries and subway stations. Quick check-in and helpful service. Rooms are smaller than most IHG hotels but it is a historic building in NYC, so that speaks for itself.

The breakfasts were very good. Every day was some sort of egg and some sort of meat. All was very good. The only thing I did not like was no coffee in the room and the shower water was never hot. It was warm but never hot so showers were very short. That was the only big drawback with staying here
