Comfortable rooms

Pleasant stay bed is comfortable staff was very helpful with helping me check in using the code to inter the building I highly recommend this place to friends and family I’ll be making reservations again for next holiday location near by food court and train stations bodega stores I felt safe staying there every floor as a security camera

I enjoyed my stay, the staff were nice and area was safe my only issue was my sheets had a few stains on it when I got there and I had to pay a $75 fee before I could enter which I wasn’t aware of prior to booking

Overall, my experience was good. The facility was clean and generally quiet. Wished the TV had working cable or the room had a mini refrigerator. I felt safe walking to the subway.

Everything was quick and easy, booking is super easy to get too from the D train or 4 train. The establishment is very clean and well kept, bathroom and showers was clean. I definitely will be booking again very soon.

Every was clean, the only thing i didnt like was the check in process , you have to do a form on site and put a 75 dollars deposit for some reason none of my cards were working so i had to stand outside until i was able to send a transfer of the 75$ to the person in charge, so that was frustrating for me being standing there in front of the building with my luggage , so i texted the person once the person received the transfer via cashapp i got the code to go into the building and to my room

Terrible customer service EVER! not helpful and very very rude. Also, not safe! Random guy walking all night, smoking outside flirting with us and being SUPER WEIRD! Definitely wanted to report that but the guy from customer service was very unprofessional!! Do not recommend. It was not what we expected.

I Enjoyed My Stay

My stay was good they need to add night light on table stands and wash cloth and towels for the guest that should be included like all hotel other than that it was pleasant quiet and comfortable I will recommend to friends & family if you're planning for a weekend get away for if you don't want to save a few bucks
