This was our second stay at NH Collection New York and we’re pleased to say that our stay was just as enjoyable as the first, although this time our room looked onto a quad rather than an outside view. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are efficient and friendly. We like the hotel’s location, with some attractions within walking distance. We had dinner at the restaurant attached to the hotel, Serafina, which was enjoyable.

They offered me a dark and dingy closet. I protested and they upgraded me to a decent room. The upgraded was the result of an override by another front desk staffer.
