Great visit

We booked this hotel to stay overnight to see our favorite band and couldn't be happier! The hotel itself was super cute and very clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again!

both nu Brooklyn and Expedia can jump in the lake. There waa a small mistake in the booking Instead of attempting to correct it, Nu Brooklyn and Expedia dug their heels in and did not attempt to help. They lost a great customer. Short sided front desk and poor customer service. They can take a long walk off a short pier !!!!!!

We had a great stay at Nu Hotel- our daughter was starting College and we spent the week in Brooklyn getting her settled. The staff are friendly, attentive and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located in walking distance to subway lines and transportation into the city. They have a well kept and equipped gym and continental breakfast was simple but had a good variety. I recommend the hotel and we’ll certainly stay there for our next visit.
