The property is in a good location and relatively quiet during the week evenings. Rooms are small as advertised and bathrooms are a bit awkward. Not sound proofed and neighbors were loud and easily heard. Recommend if you’re by yourself and literally need a decent place to sleep.

My go-to hotel for solo travel in NYC. Love the location, appreciate the thoughtful staff, and enjoy both the ground-floor lounge and the rooftop views. Rooms are cute and have all you need and the design is admirably efficient. Comfy beds and plenty of hot water too! I look forward to my next stay.
