Great location to get around NYC and great price. Would’ve liked to have more secure locks on the doors. Also more towels on the room when 3 people are staying. Will definitely stay here again.

It was okay. Very affordable. A little weird that they didn’t have staff and you had to call a phone number. But it was clean and had what we needed. Great location. Mattress needs to be up graded.

Perfect for a group in the city. The room was clean and came with a kitchen with all necessary pots, pans, and utensils for cooking. The area is close to many trains, stores, Times Square, and the Empire State, though it may get loud at times with the sounds of the city. Would recommend for a stay in the city with a group.

Great location. Terrible place to stay.

It has a very hostel feel. While it does have a nice kitchen, no wash cloths, no shampoo or toiletries, the room reeked of smoke. We signed a waiver that we wouldn’t smoke, but it took 2 days with the windowed open to get the room to smell bearable. If you’re hoping for a hotel or AirBNB feel, this ain’t it. If you’re looking for a steal on a budget and have very low standards, you’ll be fine. You can’t beat the location. Walking distance to everything.

Bathroom smelled like smoke the entire time - manager said it was prob from vents connected to other rooms. He was very nice, but no way to fix beyond Fabreeze, which didn't work more than 30/min at a time. No AC. Room was ~12x14 - beds nice. Love interior brick wall. We didn't cook there, but it had all we needed. Location was fantastic! NY at Christmas is amazing. Would we stay here again? 50/50 in a bind.

The location of this property was awesome!! We were close to so many things. The pictures didn't look like the pictures, the bathroom had black spots on the ceiling, there was a hole in the wall and on the last night, a little mouse peeped his head out. We stuffed the hole toilet paper. Not what I wanted to see. When we got there, there was no AC set up, we ended up sleeping with the window open because we needed air. We later found the Window AC unit in the kitchen cabinet. The room did fit 6 people, but barely enough room for our luggage.

My friends and I stayed in Studio Plus JG. We had a fantastic view and could see the streets and the 24/7 New York City lifestyle. There was noise, but it was tolerable from fire trucks, ambulances, and taxis, which is typical. The heaters were working perfectly, and the water was warm. I wished they had sponges and a stronger soap to wash dishes. Besides that, they were spotless and spacious for three queen beds. This location was accessible to a bus station within a 3-minute walk and the train station of a 6-minute walk to 32 St, to the 34 Herald St station. We could go to Times Square within 8 minutes on the metro train and 15 minutes to Lower Manhattan to see the Statue of Liberty. We could also go to LaGuardia airport within 45 minutes, taking the F train from this location! I highly recommend it! Also, there is lots of food and small shops around the area. ~ I suggest calling management before checking in when they are not on site! So if you have any questions, call them or text them.
