Everything was good considering it’s NYC, but the rooms need major care: night stand lights not working, the dry wall around the air unit destroyed and night stands of terribly poor quality. Luckily the room and bathroom were very clean.

The hotel was very nice, cleanly, welcoming. And a perfect location for Times Square visiting! Staff was pleasant as well. One thing I wish could’ve been better was, having a working ice machine. Checked every floor and every single ice machine was broken. And rooms have no mini fridge either as an option
