We will be staying here everytime we visit. Staff was amazing. Amazing location, and beds were comfy and rooms were very spacious. Also wonderful custom soaps and shampoo. Just very amazed at how great this hotel was.

Great location, especially if you’re traveling for a Broadway show! Subway train stops all around. Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Rooms were beautiful and had tall ceilings and good HVAC. The Diptyque products felt super luxurious.

Hospitality was amazing. The location right next to a main subway stop that could get us anywhere in the city was so convenient. The restaurants were fantastic. The only reason it gets four stars is because I paid for Time Square view and it was halfway obstructed due to construction happening on the building. I would’ve been fine with paying for a different room since I didn’t really get the view anyway.
