From the moment we arrived, things began to go wrong. The elevator was not working, which made getting to our room extremely difficult. Once inside, we found the bedding stained with what appeared to be blood, and the room had an unpleasant odor.
We were moved to another room, but the Wi-Fi never worked, making it impossible to stay connected or complete any online tasks.
To make matters worse, there was a disturbance on our floor, including a physical altercation that escalated to a woman banging on our door. I immediately called the front desk for help and requested that they contact the police, but no action was taken.
This was not only disturbing and unacceptable, but it also made us feel extremely unsafe.
I requested a refund due to these serious issues, and was only given an email contact—no resolution or follow-up has been provided since.
This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I urge you to take this complaint seriously. I would appreciate a timely response and a full refund given the unacceptable conditions and lack of safety we encountered.
