The room was fine. Staff was fine. But they charged me $100 for checking in early. When I didn't even know there was a check in time. But even at that. To charge someone a $100. Again A$100. For a room that was already ready and didn't need any special preparations is absolutely insane and straight up just wrong.

The room was extremely cold. They had a heating system off. Had a four day stay. I had to ask for towels on the second day and they still did not bring any. No one came in and out of my room did nothing before they stayed.

The area needs more store availability. The hotels icemachine was down was told to go to other hotel to get ice a little inconvenience. The TV in the lobby was too loud and the attendant was singing out loud could hear it in my room, There were no hangers to hang clothes and no garbage pails only one small one in the bathroom.

The first room that was given to me the toilet didn’t work, didn’t work at all. The 2nd room the shower wasn’t working, like wouldn’t come on at all. Not sure what the issue was, but by the time I got in the 2nd room and realized now the shower wasn’t working, I was tired and didn’t feel like changing rooms AGAIN at this point. Staff was nice but this put a major damper on my stay honestly.
