This hotel was so cozy and made our first time trip to NYC so peaceful and easy. It is located down the street from Central Station which we didn’t know it at the time of booking but this would make a huge difference to our daily transportation so easy.

The staff at the William Hotel was so friendly, sweet, and efficient. They made you feel like you were a friend and not just a guest. Our room was clean and good sized. The building was quaint and well maintained. Our stay was excellent and we would recommend the William to anyone who is travelling to NYC.

This was such a charming hotel and centrally located for what we had planned during our girls trip. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was large, and the kitchenette was definitely a bonus. We felt safe and very well taken care of.

What a lovely hotel! So different, so cool, so moody! The staff was probably the nicest I've had in all of my travels! It's not your average high rise, sterile hotel...it has a vibe! It will definitely be my new hotel when I'm in NYC!

Such a well situated hotel slap bang in the middle of Manhattan, walking distance to most sightseeing/tourist hubs. Room was fantastic, spacious, tea/coffee making machine, fridge which was a bonus, would 100% stay here again. 5*
