The room was squeaky clean, staff are professional and pleasant, amenities are on point, when in doubt, go with what you know. Wheeler Hotel is the best in the area of Westchester Avenue. I had to switch rooms 3 times cause the mirror fell in one room the other room was all stained up and the third room the mirror was scratched but other than that it was calm and the staff was super sweet

The room was clean it was just certain spots in the bathroom that needed deep cleaning other than that the room service people were good and polite also the hotel staffs were good some were polite and helpful and some don't really communicate as much like too welcoming or smiling I guess that's a new York thing
