Stayed during Thanksgiving and the elevators were overloaded, took over an hour to get to our room multiple times, like it was not equipped for a maxed out hotel. Great location, wonderful lobby and restaurants attached. The bar with the live music was terrific. Rooms are small and clean. Not updated, but that didn’t matter to us. Bed was comfortable.
