"the bathrooms were dirty, the place needs some TLC, the location is right on 9W so convenient but hard to get to unless by car. The place needs some inexpensive upgrades and its amazing what a difference a deep clean would make. sit on the toilet and you see the filth. i recommend a new cleaning service and inspections before guest arrivals. the ONLY thing i felt comfortable using were the towels. the bed sheets were clean but the coverlet and summer blanket had bleach stains (ihope) and were cheap and cheesy. "

"Comfortable stylish and perfectly located could not say enough good things about this property. Our-host Ed was attentive to all of our needs which made our trip planning and arrival very pleasant. From the moment you opened the door you felt welcomed, Ed had a assortment of starter amenities plus every other imaginable item that you would need for your stay. My sister-in-law Gail and I were up for a Wedding and a long girls weekend. It was the perfect location for the side trips we had planned. The bonus was having this wonderful comfy hideaway to comeback to after a full day of touring. Loved the gas fireplace and game room. "The house was wonderful and has so much charm. It's both modern enough to be comfortable, yet showcases many rustic details of the original build that really gives the forest cabin feeling. Cornwall is a quaint town with lots of local businesses and a eclectic vibe.The house was well stocked on amenities with attention to detail to made the stay seamless. The house was clean and everything worked. The hot tub and fireplace were both standout perks for a winter stay.Leah was responsive and attentive to check in to make sure we didn't need anything. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone!"
