The lobby was inviting and the staff was PHENOMENAL! They allowed us to go into our room early which SAVED the day! I was traveling with my 90 year old mother who was exhausted from our flight. I STILL talk about the hotel a year later!!!! I just tried to book the hotel for this year, but found that you don't have a shuttle from the airport. That made me sad as I was looking forward to seeing your staff again.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right in front of the famous L’industrie Pizza and down the street is Little Italy with many great restaurants. There famous caffe Paradiso is only a 7 min walk and a 5 min walk to Leons bagels! The hotel provided a free water dispenser down in their lobby as well as free coffee and teas. They also provide free yummy croissants in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again.
