When i checked in i received my keys to the house and room, when i came back for the night i was not able to get into the apartment door. It was 3 am and I had to wake up a lot of people just to get in, the owner was helpful and I was able to sleep in the room I paid for but sorry won’t be staying again ! Thank you .

I booked this property expecting a villa, based on how it was advertised. When I arrived, I discovered that it was actually a three-bedroom house where the individual rooms were being rented separately to different guests. This was not what I understood I was booking and was a significant difference from the type of accommodation I expected. Because the property did not match my expectations based on the listing, I decided not to stay and immediately requested a refund. Unfortunately, the owner refused to issue one. Travelers should be aware of the setup before booking. If you are expecting a private villa or private three-bedroom accommodation, I strongly recommend confirming whether you are renting the entire property or only an individual room in a shared house before paying. Clear and accurate information about the type of accommodation is extremely important, and I would not have made this reservation had I understood the actual arrangement beforehand.

The staff, was only seen once. After that I called and called and nothing. I didn't get the towel until the next day, I had to wait over 1.5 hours for him to show up. He didn't even know the duration of my stay. If you only need a bed to sleep, and you bring your own supplies, then this works. If you're expecting service, it's a joke. I will not stay here ever again.

The property was not clean itself. The blankets felt like they haven’t been washed since ages. On of the locks of the main door was broken and could only be opened from the inside. The mats, kitchen, countertops were all dirty and not properly vacuumed or cleaned. The washroom was fine but still could see some hair on the sink or the bathtub. One major thing was that the owner was not helpful at al. He barely responded to any calls or our concerns. He told us we can call him anytime but never showed up or responded. Upon our arrival we had to wait for a while because he wasn’t opening the door and I could see the next day some guests were outside for hours because the owner didn’t show up at all. Upon our arrival, the owner knew it was 3 rooms with all family and told us to pay $30 per night for the third room because it has a washroom attached or else we’d be given a room downstairs and none of that was mentioned about the room on the website. Also upon arrival he will ask for $200 deposit and say that he will return but be cautious we did get it back but only after a lot of calls and messaging to show up at the time of our checkout. The area is also tight, noise at night, and conjusted parking.

Worst Experience I’ve Ever Had – Would Not Recommend This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I booked a one-night stay because I had an early flight the following morning. After paying for an Uber to get to the property, I arrived to check in and no one answered the door. I also attempted to call the property multiple times, and no one answered the phone. I was left stranded with no way to check in and had to find and pay for another hotel at the last minute so that I could have somewhere to stay before my early morning flight. This caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and additional transportation and hotel expenses. This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. I paid for accommodations that I was never able to access or use, and I am currently awaiting a full refund. Based on my experience, I absolutely would not recommend this property. Travelers should be able to arrive at a confirmed reservation and, at the very least, have someone available to assist with check-in.

First, when we arrive to the property, we could not get in contact with the owner and was locked outside for about 30 minutes. When we finally got in contact with the property and they let us in, we found out that it’s just one room and not an actual hotel. They didn’t mop the floors or wipe the countersand there are no towels. The blanket was a small airplane blanket that could barely be shared. One of the tenants was locked out of his room until 3 o’clock in the morning. The worst part about this stay was that the front door locked you in and locked people out. We were stuck in the house and was about to call 911 to let us out. This should not be an active listing. God forbid there was a fire. Very unsatisfied. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to stay in this hotel.
