"Needed a spot to stay for transfer. Nothing special, everything was average. Ran out of certain food and booze. Only useful due to access to airport and ground transportation."

"It is a facility that serves an international clientele of the airport but has now van transport to the airport. You pay to park. No one is at the front desk. You’re supposed to self check in. It has no usb ports to charge phones or electronics. The only thing it has going for it is a good bartender. I guess they think as long as you are drunk you won’t notice the outdated and charge heavy costs for very little to no comfort."

"Restaurant was over expensive. Room was not ready when we arrived at 6pm. We were told there was a shuttle but it never came."

"Nice hotel. We loved the spa but it could use some updating. We lost power and water one one of our days here, which we had to get ready for a wedding that day, so that was a bit stressful, but the spa was open and had power and water so that was good. The rooms could use updating, but overall, weren’t bad. The restaurant was incredible, the food was truly the best we had on our entire trip in the UK. Overall, weren’t felt 4 starts was pretty spot on. The rooms were maybe more on the 3 stars...

"We booked this hotel primarily for its proximity to the airport, and its free airport shuttle. We weren’t expecting a luxurious stay, but that’s what we got! From the hotel decor, to the cleanliness and decor of the rooms, to an amazing dining experience at the restaurant, to the great customer service, to the ease and luxury of the shuttle, this hotel experience was five-star!"
