Rooms - perfect! Closeness to parking - wonderful. Staff welcoming and informative. Just wish we had done a bit more digging on getting a room with at least an ocean view. I am handicapped so couldn't do stairs, stairs, stairs to get to the beach. But we had a wonderful time.

Just what we needed for a weekend wedding stay. Breakfast delivered to our cottage - coffee was delicious, bkfst quality was not good. Maybe a simple (yummy) muffin or bagel would be better. WONDERFUL spot right on the beach!

Really great experience! Easy check in, friendly, grabbed a cookie and some chips, got our room code (no annoying keys to manage!) then immediately checked out the GORGEOUS beach, directly off our semi-private deck. Perfect place to unwind. Amazing shower, fireplace, the breakfast—WOW—delivered to our door in a basket and carafe! Delicious and fresh. We’ll be back.

Anniversary get away!!!

What a special place. You can bike or walk to two places to eat and drink a Newburyport is a short drive away. Yeah you’re right on the ocean and the rooms are really nice.

25th Anniversary

Perfection! Everything from the check in to the check out was amazing. The rooms are gorgeous. Delivered breakfast was delicious with plenty of hot coffee. Beach was quiet and everything was provided, chairs, towels and water. We will be going back.
