The staff from reception through to breakfast and checkout were at all times polite, helpful and always attentive to everyone's needs. The general areas were clean as was the room. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Parking was straight forward and there was always spaces available. We would fully recommend this hotel.

Clean room and lovely staff. We arrived late at night and there was an incident being dealt with in the foyer by police and ambulance but the staff on duty were great even escorting us some of the way until we were clear of the incident. The staff are a credit to the hotel, clearly taking pride in customer service. We would gladly stay again.

Pleasant staff, straightforward check-in and easy to find off A1. Had family room, it was fine but very small. Thankfully just one night stay. I quite liked separate toilet so people could use sink if someone on loo. Decent mattress but hot in room, couldn't leave window open because of traffic noise. Very good value and breakfast was nice.
