The stay was very enjoyable. I took my grandson because of the pool facilities and he enjoyed it very much. The food and staff and service in the restaurant was excellent and well priced.

Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clear and the food was good. My only critisicm would be the Gym and Spa facilities. The poolside was dirty as people had used their outdoor footwear to walk into the pool. The gym equipment was very dated but functional.

Booked in 3.30am due ti flight into Newcastle. Room warm. Slept with window open which cooled nicely. Guy on desk really helpful. 8 minutes from front desk to being asleep. Breakfast good choice.
