"The hotel is right next to a train, so you hear it go by a few times in the day. The hotel gave us ear plugs but honestly wasn't enough. Still loud. The floors were laminate which was nice for cleanliness, but it was cold in the room. Shower and restroom was stocked and clean. Also, it was a rainy evening when I arrived and there were towels surrounding the patio doors on the 2nd floor. Not sure if there was a leak or the water was just seeping through, but it was concerning. All in all of...

"The staff were very helpful and pleasant!! AC worked great!! Room was cleaned everyday. Always parking. Very close to a lot of things. The only downfall was it was very noisy. Great tho. Will book again 😁"

"Everything went well! Staff was great, checking in was easy and the room was clean and spacious."

"Overall a decent place to stay. We didn't like the fact that the rooms are only made up twice a week. There was a sticker posted in the room stating that this was for "our convenience". Well for your convenience you won't have to make our room as we will not be staying here again!"

"The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff very friendly and very helpful. Free parking how awesome is that."

"Good location, staff not helpful, room not cleaned well and bathroom rusted out. Rock placed at back door due to security plate not working. Not very safe!"

"This hotel was great. Location was perfect for us. The room was big, clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast was okay, they could have used more vegan options but the staff (especially Adalberto and the young man whose name began with a K) did a wonderful job to make sure our dietary needs were met. My daughter enjoyed the heated pool in the evening and for us it was a nice and relaxing way to just sit by the fire after a long day. We would definitely stay here again in the future."

"We were very happy with our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again in the future."

"During my stay I encountered a altercation in the lobby of two women fighting and arguing. The staff did nothing . I’m never staying here again ."

"Don't stay here if you need sleep, it is so noisy. Also the carpet is dirty, after walking around the room with my socks on they were black."

"On check in, there was a sign about extra fees, so I asked the person helping me if I was being charged for it. He assured me that I had already prepayed them through Expedia. But I was charged these fees and no one could tell me why, since I had prepayed. I was supposed to be charged only $12.00. Then suddenly I had to pay a parking fee. The manager refused to help out and told me to file a complaint and dispute. Also, the breakfast was not good. No flavor. Everything was dry."

"Great experience all around"

"Nice, clean hotel. Good location. Decent breakfast"
