"Wonderful location. Clean and spacious suite. Since the hotel is older, don't expect a spacious bathroom. It was well laid out and convenient with an excellent breakfast and very nice staff."

"Our room was not huge, but adequate. We had views of the harbor. It was close to and walking distance to most everything. Loved it!"

"We thought it was a kick using actual keys instead of cards to get into our room. The location was a perfect walking distance to town. The Cleveland House had a lot of character. Plus parking was included. Loved our stay."

"We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was perfectly located. We had a two level room which was unexpected and both good and bad. The stairs are steep and winding in the room so we left our luggage at the bottom. The Red Parrot across the street was great and the Surf Club in the basement was good. The coffee shop opened at 7:30 which was late for us so I walked to Starbucks for morning coffee. Newport was great! Would definitely return. Really good restaurants, Mansion tour and Cliff walks were worth it!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Rick was a big help to us, keeping our car parked in a good spot when it got crowded over the weekend. Great spot just a block away from so many walkable shops and restaurants. Looking forward to coming back."

"The pool and sauna are great.The pool should be heated not just the room.Not fun to swim in a cold pool.Furniture around the hotel is worn.Hallway carpets should be cleaned more often if you are going to charge the money u do.The room was nice it’s just a little worn.The hotel rooms and furniture around the grounds should be updated but the place is clean"
