Stay in a shouse with lots of room, a large patio, trails and on the river.

The shouse has a thirteen foot ceiling to enjoy the spacious living room, dining and fully furnished kitchen. The main floor has two bedrooms, one with a king size Sleep Number bed and the other a queen bed, laundry room and two full size bathrooms.

You go up a spiral staircase to the second floor that takes you into the tv room, cubby play corner for little people, full bath and a large bunk room that sleeps seven plus a few more for younger ones who can sleep on a pullout mattress or crib.

The outdoors is an inviting extension of room with an oversized patio, lights and lawns. There's a playground for the kids, forest for their creative imaginations, and a fun outdoors treasure hunt for everyone to enjoy. Make memories playing Granny Pants, corn hole, spike ball, bocce ball and exploring the trails. The large patio is perfect for gathering, eating, singing around the campfire, eating s'mores and dancing under the stars.

The slow-moving river resembles a peaceful lake so it's easy to take advantage of activities like canoeing, swimming, and just relaxing. When you're ready to boat, use our private boat ramp. Bring your water toys and get wet! There's folding chairs and a picnic table by the water play area. It's not a sandy beach but it's fun for sure.
