"The stay was relaxing"

"I reserved a one bedroom king and when I got there, they said they had none available and told me I would have to get a two bed queen and said that reservations were first come first serve. that is literally the opposite of what a reservation is. When I entered the room, it was a bug on the floor, the sheets were dirty, there were holes in the walls, and the safety bar on the door was broken. I went back. To the front desk and told them that the room was not clean, and I wouldn’t be safe staying there on top of the fact that I didn’t even get the room that I reserved, they told me I had to call Expedia and are still trying to charge me for the room."

"The room was not very clean. The bed was made but the room had remnants of previous folks stays. Hair in the bathroom. The blow dryer did not work, the socket for the blow dryer did not work. There was no iron or ironing board in the room. The entire hotel smelled terrible. Not a great experience at all. There was no breakfast at 7 am Saturday morning 5/16 before we headed out to our CNU graduation."

"Our room seemed clean except for the floor. It felt sticky and my sock feet got dirty walking around in the room. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was skimpy, but the worst thing was how small the eating area was. There was a sign that said it was forbidden to take your breakfast back to your room. What are you supposed to do when there is nowhere to sit? Considering the reasonable cost, we were happy enough there."
