We were given the wrong room, walked into that room, it had other guests items in it. Pool had huge locks of hair floating in it. We asked for towels, we were told no. It smelled like smoke, food all over the couch in the room. TV didn’t work, took my husband almost 45 minutes fixing it to get it to work. My shoes literally stuck to the hotel floor when walking. Elevators were nasty. Breakfast was gone by 8:30. We wouldn’t have ate it anyway. We will never stay here again.

Got this place as kind of a staycation and based on its location figured this would be a nice spot. Booked a suite. Arrived and was told no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor with a 3 year old. Went to the pool. All the doors and windows were open making it freezing inside. Got in the pool and looked around and there were no towels. My wife went to the desk for ask for towels for the 3 of us. We were given 2 after 20 minutes of shivering. Thought maybe he just didn’t know about the kid but then proceeded to give a father with 2 kids 2 towels for them as well. Then swat raided a room as we were leaving, and to top it off there were roaches in the bathroom at 2am. TV also barely worked. Had to stand right next to it to change any channels. If you’d like to give me some sort of refund on this stay maybe I can bump up the stars but this just wasn’t it. And there’s a random $12 service charge when you arrive that isn’t refunded and I’ve never seen that before. Beds were comfy is about all the good I’ve got for it.

My stay at Sleep Inn Suites was extremely disappointing. The floors were dirty, the tub had hair left in it, and the entire room had a bad odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in. On top of that, there were no screens on the windows, which made the room feel unsafe and unsanitary. I ended up leaving early because the conditions were unacceptable, and I wasn’t even able to get my money back. Cleanliness and basic comfort should be the bare minimum for any hotel — unfortunately, this location failed on both. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a clean or relaxing stay

Could have stayed at a Red Roof INN. Can't believe Choice Hotels would put their name on such a place. I was on a business trip for 2 weeks and pre paid for the hotel and so I was stuck staying there. The best thing was the price. Minimal everything, service of room, breakfast LOL, workout room with broken equipment and Television. Shame on me for trying to save some business expense, you get what you pay for.

Upon checking in I noticed the bedding in our room looked dirty. There was human fecal matter on the sheets as well as the mattress cover. I called the front desk and they did send someone to change the bedding immediately. The toilet was broken and the room was damp with a strange smell my guess is mold because every morning we woke up feeling extremely congested. Hotel policy is non refundable no exceptions so we just chose to suck it up but we will never be returning to this hotel.

Most of the previous reviews seemed fair and decent, so we booked to stay a weekend while we were in town for an event. Upon entering the lobby, I was already disappointed. It was hot and clammy and smelled musty. The check in process was so, however, the staff was friendly. Our room was filthy. I wasn't comfortable walking around barefoot. It didn't seem as if the floors were even vacuumed as we found spider carcasses around. The towels were stained and stiff and when we asked for fresh towels on our second day, we were told no because they had none cleaned. The comforter smelled of old, musty laundry that had been left in an old washing machine. Ot was a disappointing stay, and we only stayed because of the convenient location and that the property was *just* barely clean enough to stay and avoid having to find another hotel and lose out on money. Based on my stay, I wouldn't recommend for a family. Plan to stay here if you need a mediocre place to sleep.
