"We had a little issue when we first checked in as the room we were given was under maintenance. Thankfully, the manager was very nice and kindly offered to upgrade us to another room, which we really appreciated.
Overall, we had a nice stay, although we were a little disappointed with the parking situation. Just because you have a room booked doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll have a secured car park. Parking is first come, first served, and if there are no available spaces, guests are advised to park at the public beach parking across the road.
The indoor pool was also quite cold, so we didn’t really get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked.
Apart from those things, we still had a pleasant stay and really appreciated how the manager handled our room issue."
