"I cannot complain about this hotel stay at all. Our room was cleaned daily to perfection all room condiments where topped up daily. We had a full seaview room so the view of the Arabian sea was amazing. Sunset was fantastic.staff members was very polite and friendly. We had a couple of Ayurveda massage treatments. Very good it was. And also I need to mention the food in the restaurant's was absolutely amazing,it brings your taste buds back to life. We also had a couple of massages at the ocean spa. Absolutely fantastic relaxing it was and at a reasonable price.all I can say is I wished I stopped there longer.😔."

"I had booked for a single room for 2 adults - me and my wife and for one kid - my 8 year old daughter. I saw the rate - accommodation and buffet twice a day...on online and made the payment. While checking in at hotel, I was informed that the room is booked only for 2 adults and had to pay 2k as meal charges for my daughter."

"Review: Hotel Gokula Grand Turtle, Kovalam We stayed in a suite at Hotel Gokula Grand Turtle in Kovalam, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The ambience was warm and inviting, the food was delicious, and the management and staff were thoroughly professional and courteous. A highlight of our stay was participating in the Onam Sadya—it truly felt like celebrating Onam away from home, filled with warmth and tradition. I would especially like to mention a few team members who made our stay memorable: The front desk team – for the warm welcome and helpful introduction. The room attendants – for being exceptionally efficient, attentive, and caring. The General Manager and his colleagues – for their personal attention, with a special mention for their active involvement in organizing the Onam Sadya. The restaurant team – for their excellent service and genuine hospitality. Excellent value for money – the overall experience, from the suite to the service and dining, far exceeded our expectations and offered a truly premium experience. If I were to offer one constructive suggestion, it would be to give the property a slight facelift—a little maintenance upkeep would go a long way in enhancing the overall guest experience. That said, the natural surroundings more than make up for it. You can easily spend hours listening to the waves, watching fishermen at work, or enjoying tourist boats gliding across the sea. "Tranquil property. Comfortable rooms but what others say about the air conditioners noise and bathrooms is true. The staff, especially restaurant were terrific. Management is aware the gym needs work. I exercise seriously and had to go to an outside facility. No more harbor construction noise. The harbor could be an eyesore if you want natural ocean views. But it had its own charm. Management really cares about your satisfaction."

"We spent a wonderful 5 days here in November. Great location among the trees. Woken to birdsong. Staff really helpful and friendly. Star man is the chef Thomas (Thomas Cook as he told us), who served us some brilliant meals. Tip: it’s worth getting a single cottage for the peace and the view "
