Experience serenity in a tranquil 2 private spacious rooms situated in a quiet bungalow with Car park, kitchen and laundry facilities.
• Garden with Gazebo: Enjoy quiet conversations in the garden, featuring a charming gazebo perfect for peaceful chats and dining. There is wifi and power outlets in the Gazebo for your electronics, CD players and more.
• Swimming Pool:
The Pool is open, NOT a heated pool. The weather here in Niagarafalls is getting warmer and Pool water is getting warmer. The shallow end of the pool is marked with floaters and is perfect to be happy with kids splashing water for hours, to transform your vacation into a fun-filled oasis for all. Dine beside the fireplace, in the Gazebo. ( see pictures)

The space
This is room 1: Pool View
Your stay includes a 1 Queen's bed for 1 or 2 guests, 1 double bed for 1 or 2 kids, 1 air mattress could be provided upon request.
5-piece bathroom, a wardrobe, a clothes rack for lots of kids' clothes, a shallow swimming pool (swim at your own risk: no lifeguard on site), kids fun stuff, pool noodles, and floaters.
Only 4 steps up from the private entrance via the hallway to the room. Shared 5-piece washroom sometimes with other guests, kitchen access (microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, toaster), and a dining area.
Enjoy your coffee, breakfast, or dinner in the gazebo beside the still waters.

You are able to book both rooms. Contact the hosts for availability, please.

• Shaded Garden Seat: Find respite beneath a large tree, where a comfortable garden seat awaits, offering a haven during hot summer days.

Bus stop is behind the house to travel to UNF, Walmart, Drochester-Morrison hub where number of bus routes are available to go to the Falls, Casino, restaurants, Niagara outlet malls etc, which will take you within 15 - 20 minutes.
The Go bus /train terminal is only 15 minutes away. You can take a GO bus/train to Toronto or any part of Ontario.

Plan to save on your car rentals. A dedicated transport provider is available. Meet up with Bronson Travel guide with 6 seater van.

By booking this room, you accept the terms and waive the owner, co-host and host for any liability. We take no responsibility for any slip and fall incidents at the property or in the swimming pool or in the garden.

Winter stay:
The owner arranges for snow removal and ensures adequate salt is sprinkled on the driveway. However, we take no responsibility if snow/ ice builds overnight and if you fall and slip at the property. This property is located in a safe area.

Your safety is our priority. This is a safe location. However, we encourage you not to keep any valuable stuff in the car overnight.

We have a shed to keep your bikes and sport items. A padlock will be provided. Please call the host prior to using the shed. You will keep at your own risk.

This is a fully fenced property.

No pets are allowed.

Kids sports:
Badminton racks for kids, pool balls, pool noodles and floaters, kids' fun toys such as water guns are available. Pool Noodles for Kids, Hollow Foam Pool Swim Noodles, Lightweight, Floaters, for kids. Please bring your own Eye goggles for a better fit. No swimsuits are available at site. Kids must have proper garden shoes.

Garden sandals/ shoes are NOT allowed inside the house for hygienic reasons. Please corporate.

Please let the hosts know about the ages of the kids you are planning to bring. NO CRIB on site.

Only kids above 6 years are allowed to be in the pool with their parents. All kids must be accompanied by an adult in the pool. We DO NOT take liability in case of any injury.

Pool hours are posted on the pool fence.
No diving, ( the deep end is only 6.6 feet) The pool is kept locked outside pool hours. We appreciate your corporation. Parents or adults must be able to swim.
No sick children are allowed in the pool.

Pool structure:
Residential pool 40 feet in length x 16 feet width
Shallow end of the pool has a depth of 3.2 feet.

A 6-year-old average height child (42" (3.5 feet) - 49") would be able to keep his feet down.

Slope changes to 5.1 feet
A 12-year-old swimmer ( 4.9 ') should be able to manage. However, parents presence in the pool is a MUST. The host kindly requests you to take care of your kids in the pool. NO life guard on site.

The deep end is 6.6 feet. (80")

Only adult swimmers are allowed to go to the deep end.
Diving is prohibited.

In case of any injury, we do not take liability. Please note: No life guard at site.



Kids will not be allowed to play around the outdoor fireplace, for safety reasons.

Please, check the weather conditions at Niagara falls before booking to ensure you have fun in the pool! This pool is NOT a heated pool.

Direct access to Room 2. Room 2 has a mini fridge.
Room 1: Private side entrance leads to the hall way, via 4 steps.
