Enjoy this relaxing home in Niagara Falls, NY!
This house is located about 5 mins away from Niagara Falls.
It is also close to great attractions like:
-3 mins from Hyde Park (playground, picnic area, ice rink, bike rental, golf course, skate park)
-8 mins from Fashion Outlet Mall of Niagara Falls
-2 mins from the famous Frankie’s Donuts and Pizza
-10 mins from Niagara Amusement Park and Splash World
-5 mins from Rainbow Air (Niagara Falls scenic helicopter tour)
-5 mins from aquarium of Niagara

Property is located right behind a plaza of convenience stores like dollar general and Save A Lot.
It is also walking distance from Mc Donald’s, Fortuna’s, Dosa Place, and the famous Viola’s Submarine House.

CHECKING OUT
Please see that the following is taken care of before checking out:
-All doors and windows are closed and locked.
-Lights and TVs are turned off
-Fridge and pantry is empty and free from any snacks, drinks or food you brought with you
-All personal belongings and valuables have been collected
Our housekeepers do an exceptional job with cleaning after your stay. However, we do request that you please tidy up after yourselves:
1) Please pick up trash from the floor and take your trash out to the garbage bins
2) Please wash any dishes used during your stay
3) Used towels can be left on the bathroom floor to be laundered

PARKING
There are two parking spots on the driveway. Please do not park on the grass. If you choose to park your vehicle on the street, it should not be blocking the driveway or the fire hydrant.

Please note that surrounding streets may not seem to be in great condition. The city needs to improve the entire area. This is an overall issue with Niagara Falls NY in general, not just where the house is located. However, we find the place safe and have never had any problems.

Short trip

The house was ok at best. The area and property was not very clean and kinda sketchy. Couldnt use the backyard due to it being overgrown and like i said sketchy. The house was dirty and not very well maintained. We were looking forward to using the hot tub but once we opened it we quickly changed our minds. If our stay was more than 1 short night and 1 day we would of just cut ties and went somewhere else.

This house is an older home that the host has put in upgrades. The shower, bathroom, stove. There are some details that were considerate and appreciated such as noise machines in the bedrooms, the oven is confection with an air fryer feature, pack and play crib, the host allows Netflix and Prime to stay logged in so we could watch movies on down days. Some things that I wish I would have known.The hot tub is hot BUT the jets either do not work or are so weak that we pretty much just took a hot chlorine bath. The house has had water damage so the smell of musk/mildew is very prominent, one of my family members is sensitive to dust and mold so this house was tough on her allergies.The refrigerator is not hooked to water (understandably) so know that you will need to bring drinking water and make/buy ice. The sink in the bathroom does not have a plug or screen so our first night our daughter dropped the toothpaste cap in the drain. There are no sheets on any of the beds. The mattresses on the bunk beds are not great, there is no toppers or anything to help with being able to feel the coils. I pulled the couch cushions off and put them on the beds and then back out to the couch in the morning, it was a PIA but worth it for my daughters to sleep. I wouldn’t choose this house again if we take this vacation again.

Not as advertised

Unfortunately, this property was not as advertised, the location of the property was in a very bad neighborhood, we had someone outside talking about having his gun, bars on many of the windows on the street, very unsafe if you have kids. Inside the property, several outlets did not work and some appeared to have caught on fire at some point (black spot where you plug in) the house wasn’t terrible but stains on the comforter of one of the beds and a mat covering a soft spot on the floor. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving and staying at a hotel as we didn’t feel it was safe for the kids to be there.

Wouldnt recommend

House is close to the falls and it was a quiet street. However, the hot tub dirty and unuseable. Most of the pots and pans were not usable. We had to take turns eatting because there was not enough utensils for everyone.wall paper is falling off the walls and floor between livingroom and kitchen is breaking up.and the paint on walls was peeling. And you had to run the dishwasher more then once to get dishes cleanBed was comfortable and game room was great.Definitely not worth the money.

Very disappointing

The house was a lot more shabby than the pictures showed and in one of the worst neighborhoods. Your view out the front was the back of a building that had graffitti on it and was all boarded up. The hot tub didn’t work and when I messaged no offer to have it looked at or fix it. The side entrance was locked so no way to get out in case of fire in the front of the house. You had to walk all the way around to get to the back yard which we were afraid to go out at night. Lacking utensils and decent cooking ware had to go buy some. The grill was disgusting so we didn’t even try to use that. The floor in between the living room and kitchen felt soft like you were going to fall through it. We were so disappointed we left a day early to return home. The only positive was it was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Great FUN In House Time

The whole family took a little mini vacay just a short time to get away from the everyday routine. The house very inviting and welcoming. Plenty of room as we had a family of 8 and no one ever felt cramped up. Everyone able to enjoy all the house amenities from the Livingroom fireplace, TV, comfy couch, to the Jacuzzi Hot Tub and game room! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen provides everything needs to cook and enjoy family meals and snacks. Thank you Moosa for sharing your beautiful home! deffinately would love to go again.

Wonderful stay in Niagara Falls!

We had a great time staying at this quaint home. Hot tub, kitchen materials, the shampoo and conditioner, and other amenities were lovely. We loved playing air hockey and ping pong, and the fake fireplace was a great touch for our movie night. Thank you so much to the host for being extra communicative and making this process super easy!

Nice place to stay while visiting Niagara Falls.

What excited us about this property was how close it was to the falls. It was only a few minutes drive to all of our points of intrest. Our first night we tried the hot tub, the cover was difficult to get on and off (because it looks as though someone previously can't respect someone else's property and climbed on top of the cover damaging it). the water didn't get as warm as we would have liked and the jets seemed weak. We then all gathered in the living room and watched a couple of movies as we ate our first ever Crumble cookies. We loved the large smart TV with its numerous channels and streaming apps. We also enjoyed the electric fireplace at this time. We all got a good night's sleep before walking our feet off the next day at the falls. After we arrived back from the falls and dinner at Duffs. We all went downstairs to the game room, and spent quite a bit of time playing air hocky, foosball,and ping pong (we did loose one ping pong ball under the stars).Thank you for the coffee, it really hit the spot before we left to head home. Overall this was a very cute place that more than met our needs. The only things I would sudgest is replacing the coffee mugs and having more wash clothes because we could only find one.

Amazing trip!

Four of stayed to go Skydiving at the Falls. The home was very welcoming and comfortable. It had plenty of room but the couch was so amazing we would fall asleep on it ! Lol. The convenience of just using an uber to go to all the local attractions and got a $3 trolley band which proved so helpful and convenient! Thank you for a stressfree weekend and being a part of our stories to tell 💜 great communication with host !

Clean & comfortable

Property was clean and very close to all the fun falls activities. Upon arrival we were concerned with the neighborhood but had no issues. Kitchen could use pot holders and more utensils but we made several meals and made it work. We enjoyed out stay.

Pretty accurate

It was the perfect mix of space and amenities for our traveling family. It was lacking a few of the basics, ie garbage bags, laundry detergent, sharp cutting knives, but otherwise was what we expected. Would stay again if we return to the area in future.

Close to attractions

Location was near the falls, and the neighborhood was as described (rough/up & coming). One neighbor has dogs that barked all night, keeping us awake. The house itself needed some cosmetic TLC and one outlet replaced (had a hole in it) but the layout of the beds was good. It didn't seem like it was cleaned well before our arrival; there was trash behind doors and under the couch, and flies in the kitchen. There were not enough bath towels, only one wash cloth, no hand towels. The hot tub was at 76 degrees and took a long time to heat up. The kids loved the basement. Biggest complaint/annoyance would be that it sleeps 8 but the kitchen table only seats 4 so we had to eat in shifts. The nest thermostat kept changing the temperature; we set it at 74 and an hour later it would auto change to 64 or 80, so one extreme or the other. The communication was quick, but only apologetic for issues encountered.

Happy we stayed!

Me, my husband and our two kids under 5 stayed here and we would absolutely stay again! Very close to everything and the game room was a big hit! Very comfortable beds and the hot tub was clean and refreshing. It's like a 3 minute walk from a playground and the kids had a blast there! The one and only thing that could've been better were slightly more comfortable couches, but that was it. It was a really nice place to stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

This house was perfect for our family of 6- kids loved the game room and hot tub. House was clean, beds comfortable. Close to Niagara Falls where our tour guide picked us up there.

Unsafe

The property was in an unsafe neighborhood with drug transaction going on at all hours and addicts walking up and down the street. One headboard was broken. The other bed is being held up by cinder blocks. The kitchen was not fully stocked with cookware and cleaning supplies so we had to go out and spend more money on this items. The trash was overflowing and we had no space to leave our trash when we left. Amongst other discrepancies. I wouldn’t recommend this home to anyone.

Nice house with a lot to offer!

This house worked perfectly for the two of us! We were a little concerned about the place/location after reading the host's disclaimer about how the neighborhood looked, but it was just as stated... it was safe and we had no troubles at all. So please do not let that dissuade you from booking. It is located very conveniently to visiting the Falls, which is what we came to do. The house itself was very nice and would fit 8 people (4 adults & 4 kids ideally) just fine, albeit with just one bathroom. The game room is in the basement, and looked amazing if you had kids with you, or if you enjoy that sort of thing. We enjoyed the hot tub in the garage, which had nicely colored lights and jets for some good bubbles. There is a remote-controlled "fire" providing some ambiance in the family room. Smart TV and remote worked fine. The sofa in the family room was super comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bed we slept in was warm and comfortable. The lighted makeup mirror in one of the bedrooms was amazing (power button is at the bottom on the mirror itself, with another button to change the lighting). The kitchen had plenty of spices, and dishes/pots/pans/silverware/glassware worked well for what we needed. The Keurig was nice, and in addition to coffee K-cups, there were hot chocolate K-cups. The blow dryer in the hall closet worked well, and had plenty of force even on low. There were lots of bath towels in the hall closet. Nice place and a bit of a hidden gem!
