I didn't have a very good experience staying here. But the good thing that came out of it is that the main boss fixed everything that went wrong. He even cleaned our room himself. So that kinda made up for the rest of the stay.

Eenvoudig hotel met prima ligging. De vloer is wel erg plakkerig. Ontbijt te koop bij benzine station aan de overkant. Loop over de brug naar Canada en je hebt een geweldige dag

Beds were ultra comfortable. That was exactly what I needed after travelling. The staff went above and bwyond in helping me with my stroller- get into the cab and other things. Very nice people working there.

The outlets did not work. it was missing a hair dryer. It was missing towels. there was holds in the wall.There was no power, the refrigerator did not work. There was only lamp was working in the entire room. The bathroom was not clean. The stuff was not friendly and not helpful. IT WAS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

If photos would have shown the surrounding neighborhood, would not have booked. Walls are paper thin. Desk chair was covered in mystery stains and frayed.

Great Location

with family to Niagara... hotel is at best location, walk-able 5 mins from Niagara state park, 2 mins from helicopter ride, restaurants very nearby.. highly recommend for family with kids.. no need to worried about parking, getting wet...

1. expedia charged twice the card for the same room however sent only one confirmation for booking 2. upon check in , no one even mentioned that there are two rooms under name 3. Breakfast in this hotel is not included, and never been included for there existence. 4. I booked non smoking room, Motel does not allow smoking in room and does not offer smoking/non smoking option. They gave me room that smelled terrible because of smoke. i was lucky enough to exchange to another room which was fine. 5. room was Ok, experience is horrible for double charge , no breakfast, dispute with cr card company...

Well located hotel

Two major complaints: 1) the bed frame had a piece of metal sticking out which caused me to hurt my ankle when getting into bed; and 2) the safety deposit box in the first room we were assigned could not be opened necessitating a room change.

Good place for a night or 2. Convenient to the falls. Only downside to this hotel is a fridge and a microwave would be great. Very clean, however the front desk would not replace our lamp that was shortening out.

Close to Falls

We stayed here last year and was a little nervous because of the reviews. We were happy with the room though so decided to stay there again this year. The staff was still nice and helpful, but the room wasn't as good as last time. We had one bed that was very soft and comfortable and the other bed was hard and when you would turn it sounded the springs were going to break through the mattress. The wooden floor was dirty and could have used a good moping. Not sure we will stay here again when returning to the falls.

Two Nights in Rodeway Inn

We stayed for two nights when visiting Niagara Falls State park. The hotel was easy to find and it was easy to park. The front desk welcomed us with a very strange smell. Luckily the room we got did not smell like this. The room we got was relatively clean. We could find many black hairs, both in bed and in bathroom and on clean towels as well. But we did not find any bugs or rats as written in earlier reviews, so I was very happy. Wifi worked well. It was easy to walk to the Niagara Falls State Park, which was very important for our stay. But for the money we paid, the hotel was very poor. I would not return and if I want to visit Niagara Falls, then I would do that from Canadian side and US side is really very poor as for touristic attractions and facilities.

Dirty, outdated and neglected motel

First the good. It's walking distance to Niagara Falls state park. It's also close to the casino, the aquarium and a few good restaurants like the Rainforest Cafe. That's it for the good. We got to our room and opened the door and it was obvious that this place has been long neglected. The room was dirty. There was hair in the bathroom on the floor, towels and ceiling. There was a ring of dirt in the bathtub. The toilet was dirty. There was hair on the sheets and on the blankets. Their idea of cleaning the room is to replace the towels and make the beds. When we arrived, there was a printout of the previous guest's itinerary---complete with all of his personal information---on the desk, another indication that the room was not thoroughly cleaned. We wanted to check out as soon as we arrived, but most of the other area hotels were booked. We will never stay here again.

Rodeway Niagara Falls

The hotel is in a sketchy area with many surrounding buildings boarded up and run down. Room wasn't very clean. The floor felt sticky. Hair in the tub that was there when I turned the shower on.
