"Very poor service, we are not going to stay at this hotel in the future."

"Things not all clean, but it was manageable. However, as we were leaving the hotel, I spotted of small blood on the blanket. I asked my husband if it was his since the room has two beds so I slept one of it and he slept on the other one. I didn't spotted it because I wasn't at that bed. It kinda gross me out."

"I knew that this was an older hotel but still chose it for the location and hoped for charm. We were pleasantly surprised! We got a corner room with lots of windows, nice comfy bed with white, washable linens which is my favorite (no bedspread). Room was large with a comfortable chair and ottoman. Bathroom was especially large. The building is dated, but we found it clean and well-maintained. We could see the mist from the falls and the nightly fireworks easily from our room, but we also...

"My daughter and I enjoyed our stay."

"We were excited for our stay as we traveled from Miami to the falls for the first time. The room was not as aesthetically appealing as we hoped. The tables were scratched, chairs were peeling, t.v’s were small, bathroom sink was backed up, pool was cloudy and mysterious. Other than that, it was ok, but could’ve been better, just not maintained properly."

"The breakfast was very disappointing. The stay is decent. The prerty definitely needs updates"

"Don’t trust the pictures… the hotel was not what we had expected as it wasn’t maintained well and was severely understaffed. Room was not available at check in time, had a musty smell, and no hair dryer. Only one staff member was truly helpful"

"The Butler House was very homey, clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The location for seeing the falls was excellent. We were able to walk to all tourist locations both in the US and Canada. Both mornings breakfast was delicious and filling. We highly recommend!"

"Black mold in the grout lines in the shower/tub. No electric outlets that worked by the headboard to plug my CPAP machine in. The carpet felt slimy and sticky. The drain in the bathroom sink didn’t work correctly. Parking is limited and hard get into. Office personnel couldn’t talk or understand English upon checking out."

"Everything was good"
