"The heating and air conditioning unit is very poorly maintained...filters are cacked with dust. Never cleaned...mold on the baseboards, shower walls and floor corners...carpet smells like dirty laundry"

"Great little place. Very clean and conveniently located. Loved the nice little touches and you can tell the host takes care of the place. Wish the construction in the room next to me started a little later in the day though - it was a little loud before 9am - but when the whole motel is remodeled it is going to be a true gem!"
