Take advantage of this fully equipped property (70sqm), its super central location making it easy -to discover Nice and enjoy a walk on the famous Promenade des Anglais with its turquoise sea only 5min away.
The living room is very spacious and allows you to eat together with family or friends, sit together and make plans for the day ahead. Use the large very well equipped kitchen to prepare great meals if you prefer to cook at home and with the air conditioning you won't get too hot.
Please be aware that you have to climb ca 20 stairs to reach the lift of the building and exiting on the 4th floor, you have to go down about 15 stairs to get to the apartment on the 3,5 floor.
Please take into account that the apartment has only one separate toilet.

1x Sofa Bed (140x190cm)* If you have booked for 3or4 people but need the Sofa bed prepared: 25€ are due upon arrival

Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ in cash, from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.
Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included):
4pm – 8pm: 50€
8pm – 10pm: 75€
10pm – 12am: 100€
12am – 1am: 150€
After 1am: 200€
The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.


Do you need a baby travel cot and/or a high chair ? (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In)
Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot.
We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).
