Good value budget hotel

This is a hotel of highs and lows. The service was brilliant. All staff super helpful, enthusiastic and hardworking. The restaurant tries hard and is reasonably priced but misses the mark in places eg a starter of mini samosas with no raita or mango chutney so a little dry. A small plate of fried fish bites which again just needed a little tartare sauce to elevate. The bedroom was ok. Clean enough. A comfy bed, lovely view. But renovations have been done cutting corners eg tiling not quite fitting and pipes exposed where not needed. The air con was very welcome on but is via a portable unit which requires the window to be left open for the condenser pipe to operate. This meant it was pretty noisy and the mozzies could get in.

It was awful. No service, shampoo, and toiletries. No mini bar, no iron and safe box and low amenities. Very far from city and city center.Despite all the flaws and shortcomings, the hotel was very expensive, 94 Euro for one night in low season is very high.

Horrible expérience

L'une des pires en 20 ans de déplacements. Salle de bain qui sent les égouts en arrivant et tv arrachée sur le lit (si si c'est réel). Chambre 21. Je demande bien sûr une chambre "correcte". Me voilà dans la 31 avec une clim d'appoint sans tuyau d'évacuation, une chaise de bureau avec un pied dévissé (je lai réparée moi même) et une insonorisation avec reveil à 5h du matin. Resto du soir idem chaise cassée mais personne n'était au courant. Le genre de petit déj sans buffet où on vous amène 3 produits dont un morceau de pain du congel. Le must : gérant incapable de sortir la facture du resto et qui joue la mauvaise foi. The place to be après une dure journée de travail. En général je m'abstiens de commenter quand le professionnalisme d'un hôtel est à ce niveau, mais quand en plus le gérant ne fait pas profil bas, là c'est trop.

Bon séjour à Saint-Jeannet, bien situé à proximité de Nice en 15-20 minutes. Hôtel propre, personnel agréable. Stationnement plein on ne pouvait y stationner, même situation pour deux jours.

Séjour pour affaire. Le personnel est très accueillant et l’établissement correct. L'isolation des fenêtres des chambres est à revoir car le bruit de la route peut être gênant.
