We had a wonderful two night stay here at Crisol Promenade. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were clean, the bathroom had large fluffy towels. We were on the 7th floor and had a large beautiful balcony overlooking the sea, where we had breakfast and snacks. The location of the hotel is excellent, with the sea only about 50m walk. The hotel offers complimentary noodles and beach umbrella to borrow. Bring water shoes because the beach is rocky.

The property should didn’t have my requested room when we arrived due to a broken air conditioner. Maria at the front desk did everything she could to get us moved the ne t day but the rooms were not as pictured it said a king bed it was definitely not a king and the space was different and the curtains wee dirty and out dated. The could use an upgrade on some stuff. The location was nice but the room just ok. The view from the 7th floor was beautiful and that was nice.

Great stay!

This location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and the tram. It's only 8 minute drive from the airport and about a 10 minute tram ride to Old Town. The restaurant below the property had great food and staff. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious with AC. Our balcony view was beautiful.
