The receptionist in the morning is very rude. You ask her to extend your stay, there were no people she made me to wait outside another dsy. Asked her about missing charger, she sad they not seen anything. Not good and not polite at all.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, and everything was clean. However, even for a hostel, the bed was really uncomfortable, and there was no blanket, apparently you had to rent one. There was also no shower mat, so water ended up everywhere after someone took a shower. Nice is expensive in August so it did the job for my 3 days stay, but I’ve seen better hostel.

Old review problems remain and new ones come up

The overall stay was ok. The breakfast is cheap but well served and the quality is really good. The complains about the matrices being uncomfortable is real you can literally feel springs pressing everywhere. The volatility of the shower that shifts from cold to hot out of the blue also persists even months after the reviews the staff replied that would check upon. In my room there was also a bad smell of sewage coming from the bathroom sink, I think they just need to clean the pipes, easy stuff. Finally, there were multiple times there were no one at the reception leaving a queue of people waiting for check-in/ check-out, leave or retrieve the bags, etc. The staff was friendly but it is important to coordinate their leaves better so this doesn’t happen that often. I would recommend for one night or two, but considering the price I think they have room for improvement

Buena opción si buscas algo económico, tiene “buena” ubicación, aunque tampoco está excelente. Los únicos detalles que yo le veo es que las paredes parecen de papel, se escucha todo y puede ser molesto por las noches si otros están haciendo mucho ruido. Las instalaciones ya se ven un poco viejas. Mi experiencia personal: se tardaron mucho en darnos nuestra habitación, aproximadamente 30 minutos, porque el sistema “no servía”, pero a personas que llegaron después de nosotros se las dieron en el instante.
