Pas terrible

Description différente de la réalité. La chambre n’était pas pour 4 personne sauf si un enfant dormait dans le lit double de 180. La chambre n’était pas prête pour notre arrivée, pas assez d’oreillers, de couvertures et de serviettes. Pas nettoyé correctement. Pas de chauffage. Le patron en pyjama à 8h pour notre départ...pas de respect des gestes barrières

IKKE MEGET HOTEL

et lille beskidt og slidt hotel, der er for dyrt i forhold til komfort og indretning. Manglende rengøring og håndklæder, værelse og bad meget slidt, balkon eller lille altan, kig op, måske altanen over dig, falder ned. Ikke anbefalings værdig. Det eneste der kan siges godt om, er beliggenheden, meget centralt.

Volle Enttäuschung, Dreck überall.

Das Hotel ist eine volle Katastrophe. Schimmel an allen Ecken und einfach nur dreckig. Man wusste nichts von unserer Reservierung. Kein Aufzug vorhanden. Die Rezeption voll mit Zigaretten-Asche. Freche Bedienung, die meinte man dürfe für 70 Euro nunmal nichts erwarten. Lediglich die Lage des Hotel ist ein kleiner Lichtblick. Wir haben Zusammengepackt und uns ein anderes Hotel gesucht. Das Hotel gehört geschlossen!

The air was unhealthy to the point that I was gagging. Some bathrooms were covered with mold and mildew to the point I nearly threw up from the smell. The entire building had fumes of fresh paint and sealant including in rooms being rented out. We had to trudge up stairs that were too narrow for carrying luggage, and then were offered a couple of rooms, but both were unliveable.. This place should have been completely shut until renovated. The people doing painting and sealing work didn't even look professional, though, and wet sealant in one room they put us in was basically a big puddle around the tub. The staff was polite enough, but the check in person did not know how to use a computer to look up our reservation. Reservation papers were in huge messy files all around the check in desk. We left after an hour even though we had pre-paid for two nights because we felt ill both from fumes and the smell of mold and mildew.. I'm a seasoned hostel and backpacker traveler, so I am not some fussy pampered guest. This place truly should have been condemned and closed and not reopened unless thoroughly renovated. Expedia--why do you allow this kind of property to be in your system? Why is there no way to contact Expedia and report this kind of beyond the pale situation?

L"hotel è situato a Nizza centro in una posizione molto comoda, purtroppo la pulizia non è il loro forte. La camera assegnata era veramente orribile con il muro scrostato, ante di legno completamente logore, un letto sporco, non parliamo del bagno che era addirittura maleodorante, con sanitari di 40 anni fa ed aveva pure una perdita il water. Per gli italiani non è ammissibile questa scarsa cura e mancanza di igiene, cosiglierei di rimordera l'hotel

Zeer goed gelegen en zeer netjes gepoetst hotelletje midden in de winkelstraat van Nice. Ook dicht bij de zee. Maar de kamer is serieus verouderd en de badkamer is immens klein (wel proper).

Statene assolutamente lontani

L'accoglienza è stata discreta, ma il personale non conosceva altra lingua che il francese, quindi i dialoghi erano estremamente difficoltosi. I locali sono fatiscienti ed abbisognevoli di radicale ristrutturazione. Le finestre cadenti, il letto rotto, lenzuola e copriletto visibilmente macchiati e maleodoranti; la pulizia dei locali scarsa. Il bagno assolutamente inidoneo; il lavandino cm 20x15 non consentiva neanche di mettere entrambe le mani sotto il rubinetto per potersi lavare. Credetemi: una vera topaia! La prima colazione alquanto deludente. Peccato, una città bellissima, pulitissima e silenziosa che non merita di esssre ricordata per un albergo che non fa onore al luogo e che vanta due stelle assolutamente non appropriate. Ritornerò a Nizza con mia moglie, ma certo non in quell'albergo che le autorità dovrebbero chiudere assolutamente.

Pulserande Nice!

Litet hotell nära allt, mitt på restauranggatan Rue Massena! Nära beach, gång 5 minuter till Place Massena och lite till för gamla stan. Härligt stadsliv.

Bra läge!

Litet hotell på bästa plats i Nice! Restauranger hela gatan utanför, nära Place Massena och några minuter rakt ner till beacher och Promenade des Anglais. Några minuter från Tram-spårvagn (Tram2 till och från Airport) och samt tram 1 runt i Nice) och gång 5-10 minuter till Old town.

Excellent location, minutes from the beach. It was a steep climb up to our room on the 4th floor. The room faced the back of the building, not the crowded, noisy street, and so it was quiet and comfortable, and the air conditioning was great. The room had a kettle and refrigerator, and there is a Spar grocery store around the corner, where we bought everything for breakfast and lunch, including fresh tasty croissants. One oddity, if you were in the room, the cleaning ladies did not knock to see if anything was needed, just by-passed us. This happened twice in five days. Tramway #2 now runs from the airport to within 1/2 kilometer of the hotel for one euro fifty.
