The PositivesExcellent Location: Situated in a nice neighborhood, very close to the beach and the promenade.Convenience: Having a Carrefour supermarket right on the same street was incredibly convenient.Great Layout: The apartment features functioning air conditioning and a lovely, spacious terrace.Areas for ImprovementMaintenance & Cleanliness: The property felt a bit neglected. There was significant peeling paint on the walls and ceilings, and dust had accumulated on the floor panels and lamps. The floor was also not in a good condition.I had to take many pictures on the first day inspection.Missing & Broken Amenities: The free Wi-Fi connected to devices but had no internet access. Additionally, the TV remote was missing completely, making it impossible to use the television.Basic Kitchen: The kitchen only features a fridge without a freezer, and a small microwave/grill combo with no convection option.We also had to buy sponges to do the daily cleaning of dishes and rags to wipe the table.

The beds were hard and the apartment smelled like old. The kitchen had no dishwasher and the dishes in the overhead locker was covered in fat. There were underwear from a earlier guests in one bedroom.
