Lovely apartment with a beautiful sea view 😊 Was very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very friendly and welcoming and had all the information needed for Tv & WiFi etc. Would highly recommend to friends & family for future visits to beautiful Nice & surrounding areas.

It was one of the best accommodations on N.A. in Nice. Mireta was so caring and accommodating from the first day until we left the place. Was very clean and centrally located in the heart of the city. Going to the old city, airport, and Monaco was very easy from the place. Would stay again.Thank tou

The view was fantastic, and the host was very kind and polite. The beach was beautiful and just a short walk away. The apartment was spacious and had air conditioning in every room, which was a big plus. While the building is quite old, it does have an elevator. The apartment could use some minor repairs, especially on the walls. Public transportation is conveniently close by, making it easy to get around.

Beautiful clean spacious house with a view

The pictures don't do justice to how nice the property actually is. Beautiful ocean view, cool AC and clean and spacious room in prime location. Property manager was very sweet and prompt in responding. Everything is perfect

This apt is perfect for those wanting to avoid the crowd of the city center. Beautiful beaches both public and private, and only a 15-20 minute bike ride from old Nice. Mireille was a fabulous host and was able to hold my luggage before check in and after check out. The pictures do not do justice to how comfortable the apt is. Modern appliances, comfy bedding and magnificent views. I will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful spot

Great Stay in Nice!

We had an awesome stay here in Nice! Host was awesome and the property was so clean and cute! View from the place was unreal, would definitely stay here again. The tram is super close to property and very easy to get to the main town. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Nice, France!

Great stay and host

Really nice, clean spacious apartment. Host was great communicating very quickly, and was able to get us into her apartment early. Markets, and restaurants nearby. All anyone would need in the kitchen, and throughout.

Great Property

Very clean, spacious, water front with a balcony and a large full length windows that can be opened to allow enjoyment of the sea breezes. Also very close to public transit. What more could you ask for. A wonderful stay!

Great stay in Nice!

We really enjoyed our visit and stay at this property in Nice. Very clean with new appliances. Great location across the beach. We were able to watch the fireworks from the living room. Simon explained what we needed to know. Will definitely come back to this property.

Amazing beachfront stay!

The apartment was incredible and the view was magic. The neighborhood was walkable and had lots of cafes, shops, etc. The apartment was extremely clean and the beds were super comfy! Our host was extremely accommodating. I couldn’t recommend staying here more, the apartment was better than we could have imagined. Thank you for an incredible stay!! Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment is beautifully renovated, modern and clean. The view of the beach was amazing and we spent most evenings sitting on the balcony. Within walking distance there were a couple of cafes but choices were pretty limited. Luckily the tram was very close by and it was a quick journey into the city.

Wonderful apartment!

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. Check-in and out were both smooth and we were lucky that the owner was able to accommodate our early arrival in Nice. The neighborhood was quiet but very well situated to access all the wonderful things Nice has to offer by foot or tramway. AC throughout was much appreciated during the heat wave. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily stay again!

Enjoyable stay in early June

Property was very clean and description was accurate. Host was pleasant and helpful, and spoke some English.Spacious enough for a family of four. One our teens used the sofa bed during our entire 4-night stay and said it was comfortable. Having the clothes washer was very convenient (need to use the drying rack provided in closet for drying) and air conditioning worked well.Toilet is separate from the rest of the bathroom but in a tiny space so take that into consideration if you are a big person. Only small quantities of toilet paper and shampoo provided so you might need to get more on your own. Elevator is also tiny (2-3 persons max) but was fast and useful.Location was great with beach right across the street. Many public transit options nearby to get you to the busier city center or train stations. I would not hesitate to book this same place again.

Great Location and New Condo

Had a great 3 nights stay at this unit it was a great central location with easy access to Cannes and Monaco. Unit was clean but bathroom and shower could have been a little cleaner and some instructions were only in French but Mirielle did her best to translate. Easy access from tram station but not many restaurants nearby. Are is nice and quiet not very touristy which made for a great nights sleep.
