Bij aankomst bleek het hotel te zijn gesloten.

Het hotel is gedurende ons verblijf in Nice niet open geweest en tevens telefonisch niet bereikbaar. Ik heb hierover op dezelfde dag van aankomst een klacht ingediend bij Expedia, echter is deze tot op heden nog onbeantwoord gebleven!

Hôtel agréable

Très bon hôtel. Le personnel et le personnel du menage et petit déjeuner très agréable et chaleureux ! Il manqué juste quelques chaises et une petite table pour le balcon par exemple.

hotell i centralt läge

hotellet ligger centralt med gångavstånd överallt. Rummet som skulle vara inrett med färger och stilrent blev bara känslan av sjukhusmiljö och sängram och bord var i järn. Badkar mitt i rummet skulle säkert ges en häftig känsla men var mest opraktiskt med vatten över hela golvet istället. Extremt ocharmigt rum.

he hotel is tired and due to be refurbished. This is made clear. The design can best be described as quirky. We arrive late and go to a standard room. No space to unpack, no wardrobe, but unusual room. No water due to plumbing failure next door. Excellent helpful staff immediately upgrade us to an executive room. But no coffee, no water, toilet and shower inside the room which can make the air "rich". Still no wardrobe or space to unpack Rooftop pool area is an absolute delight. Staff really nice and helpful. I really want to go back - after the refurb!!!

Cool hotel with clever design

Highly recommend Beach Spity very comfortable - good food and service. Cool hotel with cool design rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and dinning room inside and outdoor bamboo garden slso cool. Walking distance to beach, shopping and bus stop. Roof top sitting area brilliant. Pool to chill but too small to swim.

Close to several good cafes.

Nice hotel, definitely a different experience. Loved the access to our private balcony, and the location of the hotel. They do not provide water in your room, and barely change your towels though unless you ask. Not very many electrical outlets in our room for the size of the room. Private beach access about a couple blocks away, but you have to pay for the chairs.

Accueil déplorable. Refus de donner une chambre car voulais prendre une copie de ma pièce d'identité et pas juste en noter le numéro. J'ai du faire appeler le Directeur pour que cela s'arrange. La chambre n'était pas prête et on m'a proposé de laisser ma valise. J'ai demandé un reçu de depot et j'ai essuyé un refus et on m'a dit que je n'avais qu'à repartir avec ...!!! Ce que j'ai fait !

Only one light worked in room.

The two lady receptionists were very nice and friendly. however my room was very disappointing. Design wise, I knew what I was getting into... quirky design for small rooms... I anticipated that. However, none of the lights in the room worked except for one. The main switch to all the lights is broken and they couldn't fix it. My room was pitch dark. The staff try very hard, but the hotel owner must invest in maintenance. Dissappointing stay.

Great experience

Location is okay, not great. But everything else - the wifi, the bed, the balcony, the rooftop pool, the tub, the private beach access (though fair warning, they charge you to use, but in my opinion it was worth it) was great.

Nicht empfehlenswert!!!

Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Alle Gegenstände weisen sehr starke Gebrauchsspuren auf. Die Empfangsdame war sehr unsympathisch und arrogant. Wir durften die Zimmer vor Bezahlung nicht sehen. Wir haben 600€ für 3 Nächte bezahlt!! Die Fotos sind sehr gut bearbeitet und entsprechen nicht dem realen Zustand! Die Zimmergrössen entsprechen nicht den Angaben im Internet. Viel zu klein! Das Hotel verdient keine 4 Sterne. Nie wieder!!

Staff Excellent

We fully enjoyed our stay st the Spity hotel this weekend. The staff is attentive and helpful and makes a big difference and we really felt welcome back and genuinely looked after. The hotel is now somewhat dated and needs to be refurbished. However, the price currently charged is relatively low and thanks to the etc friendly and nice staff the value for the price paid is good.

was not was i was expecting as room had glass toilet and shower - but managed to get moved as toilet was up 6 steps in room with glass walls and i have vertigo- so hotel staff very good. so after all had good room and experience

awful hotel do not book here

bad service received, paid premium for room but false advertising as extra charges for sunloungers 17 euro per person daily, no free water, roof bar has no atmosphere, too far from old town, rooms are clinical and needs refurb, mould in shower windows, we complained and got nothing, never had such a terrible experience so please book elsewhere. also rooms not soundproof. only good thing is some staff are genuinely nice shame management are not. and breakfast is decent too.
