Fantastisch! Immer wieder gerne.

SEMPLICEMENTE DA EVITARE

INNANZITUTTO SE SIETE DI CORPORATURA ROBUSTA, NON RIUSCIRETE MAI AD ARRIVARE ALLA CUCINA OD AL BAGNO, DAL DIVANO LETTO APERTO, PERCHE' AVRETE PER PASSARE SOLO 30 CM DI SPAZIO DAI MOBILI DELLA PARETE DI FRONTE. ALTRIMENTI DOVRETE SCAVALCARE CHI DORME CON VOI NEL LETTO (ANCHE A L BUIO, POICHE' L'UNICA LUCE OLTRE AL LAMPADARIO CENTRALE, E' UNA PIANTANA ROTTA) . SFUGGE LA LOGICA PER CUI A PAGAMENTO CI SONO STATI FORNITI 3 ASCIUGAMANI PER LA DOCCIA ED 1 SOLO ASCIUGAMANO PER FACCIA/ BIDE'. IL SIG. VISENTIN MI HA DETTO, CHE QUESTA E' LA DOTAZIONE STANDARD PER 3 PERSONE!!!! NATURALMENTE MANCAVA ANCHE UNA BANALE SAPONETTA PER LAVARSI. ERAVAMO IN 3, ED UNO DI NOI , PER UNA NOTTE HA DORMITO SENZA CUSCINO, PERCHE' ESSO MANCAVA NELL'ARMADIO A MURO. QUINDI LE DOTAZIONI DELLA CASA NON SONO VERIFICATE DAL SIG. VISENTIN O DALLA SUA ASSISTENTE IN LOCO. INOLTRE, LA PERSIANA ERA ROTTA E 2 FASCETTE DI PLASTICA TENEVANO LEGATI TRA LORO I LISTELLI ROTTI (IL SIG. VISENTIN MI HA RIFERITO CHE IL RIPARATORE GLI AVEVA DETTO CHE LA PERSIANA POTEVA ANCORA FUNZIONARE). IL RISULTATO E' STATO, CHE PER 3 NOTTI ALLE 6:30 LA LUCE SOLARE FILTRAVA ABBONDANTEMENTE , E PER POTER DORMIRE AD UN BUIO ACCETTABILE, ABBIAMO DOVUTO APPICCICARE DEI CARTONI SULLA PERSIANA (LE FOTO SONO DISPONIBILI). MA LA CHICCA FINALE, E' STATA LA SCORRETTEZZA DEL SIG. VISENTIN, CHE DURANTE LE TELEFONATE INTERCORSE PER SEGNALARGLI I DISSERVIZI RIGUARDANTI PERSIANA E CUSCINO, SI ERA DETTO DISPOSTO A COMPENSARE IL DANNO ARRECATOCI, CON UNA RIDUZIONE DEI COSTI DELLA BIANCHERIA,E CHE INVECE ALL'ATTO DELLA NS. PARTENZA SI E' RIMANGIATO LA PAROLA. QUINDI DOPO IL DANNO, ANCHE LA BEFFA. QUASI DIMENTICAVO DI RIFERIRE, CHE IL SIG. VISENTIN MI HA DETTO CHE LA SUA E' UNA CASA VACANZA E NON UN HOTEL 5 STELLE, COME SE GARANTIRE LE CONDIZIONI BASE DI BENESSERE (DORMIRE AL BUIO, AVERE IL CUSCINO, UNA SAPONETTA E DELLE DOTAZIONI DI ASCIUGAMANI NORMALI PER 3 PERSONE) SIANO DELLE DOTAZIONI DA HOTEL 5 STELLE. Bellissimo appartamento!

A lovely location

A very good location located 3 minutes from the beach and near to bus station. Also pretty close to the center of the resort and nearby attractions: markets, malls etc. The owner is very sympathetic and carefully that everything to be ok. I strongly recommend to choose this location, proper for 2 person to spend a very nice holyday in Nice. I shall return next year.

Ottimo soggiorno a Nizza

"We had a perfect vacation in this studio. We are very glard that we use Homelidays. For the next visitors I would like to say, that this small, but nice and comfortable apartment has everything a traveler needs. So many dishes! For every type of cooking. Very many cleening stuff and poisions against insects. The house is situated close to the kindergarten, so there is a usual children noise, but only during the day. Naighbors are fery friendly, but have party at night sometimes. There is almost no free parking around, at least not in June, when we were there. Shops and beach is really close. It is a nice place to stay, if you don't want to check every small bad detail. I would not recomend this place to the picky visitor. And one more thing - the bad is really loud and not stable. And the shower is not for the tall people. Many thanks to the owner! He keeps the studio very nice."

"L'appartamento è molto carino e accogliente, pulito e ben attrezzato.
